Brian Eno's First Four: A WAIM Podcast Special Presentation

from What Am I Making Podcast · host Matty C

Back in August, I posted one of my first installments of the First Four Series on the quartet of rock records that began the career of Brian Eno. Long before he was one of the most sought after producers in the world, and even before he was the Godfather of Ambient Music, Brian Eno was a humble, awkward, rock star. In this podcast special, I walk you through the creation of his excellent first four albums and offer some audio clips as context. This is a new attempt to present the work I am doing here in a variety of media to expand our audience and its reach as much as possible. It could also prove a helpful way for folks to digest the glut of content coming out of this space on a daily basis. I would love to hear your thoughts on giving the audio treatment to articles like this. Like it? Love it? Hate it? Don’t care?I hope you enjoy this primer on the Eno rock era, and here’s hoping we have a new project on our hands with some audio treatments of previous articles. Lord knows, I don’t have a lot going on right now. ;)Cheers,Matty C Get full access to What Am I Making at whatamimaking.substack.com/subscribe
