Brian Fruit, Founder of Lizard Skins on why we should keep striving to learn, and how to be a good entrepreneur

Brian Fruit started being in the business of cycling as a college student when he decided to sell bike parts that he purchased from a local store that was going out of business. He was already a passionate cyclist, but at that moment, he became equally as passionate with business. With a friend, he started Lizard Skins in 1993 by making neoprene chain stay, and since then, the company has grown to make gloves, grips, protective gear, and are renowned world wide for their bar tape that is being used not only on highest stage in cycling, but also in the Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, and Lacrosse. Throughout this episode, Brian expresses amazing advice on how to be a good leader, the importance of not having an ego, and why it’s important to always strive to keep learning. Nowadays, on top of  being the owner of Lizard Skins, Brian also owns two bike stores in Utah. This is the story of a passionate cyclist and entrepreneur, and how he created the company Lizard Skins.
