You ever heard you never wanna watch sausage being made? Apparently, watching Governmental entities at work is similar, if you watched the Knox  County Commission's July 26, 2021 meeting it was great theater. Unless you had worked for a year and your plan, fell. That is what happened with the changes Commission Chairman Larsen Jay wanted for the Knox County Merit System and Council, his best laid plans fell.
