A leading practitioner and researcher in the field of NDM, Mr. Moon applies qualitative and quantitative research methods to a wide range of problems, from the elicitation of expert knowledge to the study and design of technology for use in workplace environments. Mr. Moon holds an M.Sc. in Sociology (London School of Economics, 1996) and a B.A. in Psychology (Miami University, 1995).
