Brian thought his wife was dead.

from ROCK MORNINGS · host Brian Simpson

Hope everyone made the most of the nice weather yesterday! It's gonna get chilly this week. Speaking of the weather, we started the morning talking about yesterday's prediction by Punxsutawney Phil of six more weeks of winter! We also gave an update on the deadly plane crash in Philly this weekend, a Wisconsin woman who falsely reported her child missing, and a look at people trying to move to Canada. In sports, the Bucks have been struggling as of late, the Badgers got a nice win over Northwestern on Saturday, Alexander Ovechkin scored another goal this weekend to get within 18 of Gretzky's record, and a couple of massive trades happened in the NBA as the deadline looms. Elsewhere in sports, people in Canada are booing during the playing of the United States National Anthem, and three more accusations have been made against Ravens kicker Justin Tucker. We let you know what's on TV tonight and recapped last night's Grammy awards. Also, Brian thought his wife was dead this weekend after going to the Wisconsin Dells to see Pat McCurdy. 2nd Floor Sara stopped by the studio to let us know what's going on in the area this week, and we had a story about a heroic jump-roper who saved a teenager in a frozen pond! Also, check out this young shooting survivor who's trying to spread joy with fart noises. Hell of a kid! As we get closer to the big game on Sunday, we took a look at the costs of some of your Super Bowl party food, and also took a glance at how much money some of the players might make if they win the game. In regards to the food you might be serving up this Sunday…you may want to check the expiration dates on the condiments in your fridge. And in today's edition of "Bad News with Happy Music", we had stories about a priest in Detroit that allegedly used a girl's hair to floss his teeth, a stripper in #Florida who used a banana to assault a convenience store clerk, a guy who broke into a mall in Atlanta to steal some Cinnabon, and a bear that was hiding out under a guy's house in California to survive the recent wildfires.
