Brianne West is a British-born environmentalist, social entrepreneur, and founder of regenerative lifestyle and beauty brand, Ethique. The brand produces a range of solid beauty bars - from shampoo and conditioner to facial cleansers and moisturisers, body butters and deodorants - which are vegan, cruelty-free, palm oil-free, plastic-free, made with directly traded ingredients and packaged in home-compostable materials. West founded the brand ten years ago with the aim of creating a business that would address environmental issues - namely the plastic pollution. Now in its tenth year, the bars are still beloved by environmentally conscious customers around the world, garnering more than 25,000 five-star reviews. Ethique is now distributed via 4,000 retailers in over 24 countries around the globe and is valued in excess of $100 million.
