Bridge Pedal Jams!?

Portland, Oregon Tens of thousands of Portlanders and tourists showed up for the 11th Annual Providence Bridge Pedal today. After 20,000 cyclists and pedestrians jammed the bridges last year, organizers promised ten bridges without traffic jams. "With the assistance of both the City of Portland and the Oregon Department of Transportation, we have revised the start locations as well as portions of the route to minimize the chance of traffic jams during the ride."
