Bridge Street E2: Hidden in Plain Sight - Black History Education & Tourism

In the wake of the murder of George Floyd, many Americans have been protesting, but have also begun to ask questions about how we were taught history. Bruce Boyd is an education activist who has been emphasizing Black history for almost two decades through his B.O.Y.D. program.  In this podcast, Bruce offers his opinions on the protests, offers some book recommendations and highlights history tourism both local and national.
