Brigham City Council approves ordinance to reorganize administrative code, clarifies public-records appeal process

The Brigham City Council approved an ordinance March 5 reorganizing several sections of the city code governing how city government operates and clarifying the process for appealing public records decisions. The ordinance repeals Chapters 30, 31 and 32 of the Brigham City Code and reenacts them as Title 2, City Government.
