Bright, refreshing, knowledgeable-Braves broadcaster Wiley Ballard is our guest on this episode of Sports Across the Board from Braves Spring Training headquarters in Northport, Fla.

Wiley is a dugout reporter and part-time play-by-play annoucer for the Atlanta Braves. A 2024 Georgia Sportscaster of the Year, Wiley began his career doing play-by-play for his alma mater Georgia Tech. Here he tells of his rise to prominence with the Braves and discusses the prospects for this year's team amid the loss of key starting pitchers and their designated hitter. He also talks Tech football and basketball and what its like traveling with a big league club.
