Bright Saver pushing adoption of plug in solar in U.S.

The concept is to allow self install solar panels to be plugged into standard outlets in homes or apartments to provide power. At least 8 states are allowing it with dozens more looking at legislation. The non-profit organization Bright Saver is helping in those efforts and is offering affordable kits for homes as well.
