(c)+(p) 2009 Vorleser Schmidt Hörbuchverlag Mitglieder Bewertungen: A gem of understatement This is typical short novel (novella) from a 19th century writer often undervalued because of his focus on the less dramatic workings of human nature. It is thus a useful antidote to the unsubtle exhibitionism of much modern culture.
