In spy movies, secret agents are handed clear missions. Today, however, we're not delving into the covert world of espionage; instead, the readings spell out a different mission for us – a mission to become Agents of Peace. Our call to action is clear: identify the wrongs surrounding us, like a secret agent pinpointing their target. Oppression, division, and persecution are the adversaries we're tasked with recognizing. Once identified, our mission, should we choose to accept it, is to take deliberate action. We are to bring unity, peace, love, and justice into our hearts, minds, families, and communities. In this episode, Father Foley steps forward as our mission commander, assigning us the crucial task of becoming Agents of Peace and asking us to embark on this peaceful and compassionate mission.
