from TONES FOR THE HEAD Hosted by AgentA
http://headxones.podomatic.com/ This compilation of music and word-craft will probably be most interesting to listeners with a third ear for the long-now with a short attention span.Had a mad time with this collage; coming up with some permutations of recent booty and buried treasure. Tuned in elsewhere, here and there, and inspired to excessive self indulgent wow-moments while mixing these marvelous sources, but as usual, only presenting the finest of moments - while providing a bee line of continuity to suggest a shadow of a narrative to keep you curious. What you'll hear was derived mostly from the following sources, somewhat in order of appearance: Torture (Crooklyn Dub Consortium) - Crash Course In Science - Institute of Sonology - Bulk Buttons - Bad Lip Reading - Sleep Maps - Gang of Four - Bill Maher - John Denver - Bad Lip Reading - Essex Boys - Deep Purple - Alice Cooper - Walking Concert - Cheap Trick - Alison Krauss & Union Station - Leonard Cohen - Cold War Kids - Doldrums - M.I.A. / Missy Elliot / Azealia Banks - [closing out with a few selections where the evidence hast been left more or less intact from}- Phantogram - Tune Yards - Torture - Corporal Blossom (Crooklyn Dub Consortium)
