DeAndre James has worked in various roles within the healthcare sector for over 20 years. He began his healthcare career as a Hospital Corpsman (Emergency Medicine & Surgery) in the US Navy. He has since held leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at San Mateo Medical Center and Executive Director of Dignity Health Medical Group. DeAndre holds a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s in Health System Management from Rush University. Driven by a commitment to health equity, he works to ensure access to quality care for all, regardless of socioeconomic status.
