Berdette founded her own pregnancy care company, MB&Sphere, when she recognized that the pandemic created a huge shift in the healthcare system - she felt it lost it's human touch, and became all about the body. But as we know, our health and wellness are so much more than that - it takes some awareness of your mind and spirit too!
