Then of course, the choice is yours. You go best, or you can go best. You go best, or you can go best. You go best, or you can go best.
You go best, or you can go best. You can go best, or you can go best. You go best, or you can go best. I can't hold this.
She's here. Sarah, we're kicking off Thanksgiving week with the black sheep. All right, what are they thinking about? Like, what are they thinking about?
Like, this as in match with Tago? Or, because that's what I'm ending. So I'm like, every cent. Yes, yes.
And I got asked, you want to look older today? Oh, you're shooting. You want to put your strength. Hey, now, girl, you look younger than ever.
Well, thank you. You're going to never. It's a good friend. Well, did you have another birthday?
Me too. I'm always thankful when that date rolls around, you know? And there will be a lot of thankful people on Thursday. Yes, you're right.
Because the feast week is here. Yes, it is. And the turkey should be out of the freezer. Oh, gosh, yes.
He needs to be in the refrigerator. So if you need to press pause, step away, and do that. And then come back. This is your reminders.
Yes. All right. So we're going to keep it light today, friends, on our podcast this week. Because one of our favorite holidays is upon us.
And Danila, and I just want to have fun. All right. So we're going to play a game called this or that. See what we did.
Yes. Yes. All right. So I'm going to hit Danielle with some of this or that questions that she does not know.
Oh, I'm I'm making sure you are loving in the seat. Yeah, I'm not feeling right now. You like to know what's happening. Yes, I do.
Right now. So you can advantage at this moment. All right. So I'm going to ask Danielle to Thanksgiving related things.
And she's got to pick this or that, which one she's going with. Okay. Okay. You can't sit here and linger in your thoughts.
You just got to roll with it. Okay. Go friends. Lots of stuff.
Yep. And. That's and got to make sure we get a story that went just a bit ofcourse. I always pick up someone around.
But then J breaking out. So yeah. So if I had to put my exploded electrical circuit down there, you could also go at the wall that may just be there a little bit more thing. We've made it more.
Yeah. And anyway. Do you want to bet this? Do you want to have some energy here?
But you had to pick you on the hallway. In a bell, yes. I got you. OK, this or that?
Turkey or ham? Ham. OK. No hesitation.
No, none at all. You were the ham. You know, if I had the option, I would just were go with the turkey. I would save that money.
If it wasn't just like, you've got to have turkey on Thanksgiving. And I mean, you know. That's my husband could come eat with you, because that team would rather have ham too. It would cause World War III though.
Yeah. If you didn't have turkey. You could get like one of those little turkey breaks. No, I thought of that.
I thought of that. Not allowed, Sarah. OK, so so far to Neil's Thanksgiving this or that, just watching football while eating ham. Oh my goodness, that sounds delightful.
All right, here we go. Online shopping or brave the store. Oh, OK, these days I'm going to have to say the online shopping. But that's what I've been doing the past several years.
But I do love a good Black Friday. And the crowds and yeah, I used to do that all the time. No, we've been there. Same thing.
Right into you with the store. Yes, yes, that used to be my thing. But I don't do it so much anymore. I understand.
I'm still chasing needles. I'm still chasing needles. Well, I'm going to the store. I'm just we're talking about Thanksgiving.
Black Friday here. I don't know. But y'all tidbit for our listeners. It's an ill and I like we're not just friends on this podcast.
Black Friday was around. She takes me at like 6am. Where are you? What have you bought?
It's word in constant communication because it is like, yeah, it's go time. We're trying to see where everybody is. She's going to screenshot. Hey, look what I just got on.
I know this is how much I got it for. So we're in constant context. So fun. Yes.
All right, sweet potato casserole or green bean casserole. I would say sweet potato casserole. You're on me too. All day.
You know, great things are my favorite bit. But nobody else likes the green bean casserole. I love it. But I just don't really make it because I'm the only one that wants it.
So I have to say sweet potato casserole. But leave them marshmallows off. I'm a bad thing. My mom puts like a pecan.
Yeah, I don't want marshmallows. Really good. So I agree. Me casserole is like you love it or hate it.
I love it. But it's not going to make it for me. No, I don't blame you. I don't want you.
OK, so far, snails this or that. Watch a football in hand while I'm on shopping and enjoying sweet potato casserole. All right. Here's another one.
This or that? Do you normally host or do you normally attend? I'm hosting. I'm hosting everything.
You do. You are the house. It doesn't tend anything. So if any of our listeners want to invite me somewhere, I will gladly come.
But no, I usually have a bunch of people over the next year. But if you're a me, as we've done it some Christmas is our posting day. Yeah, I got to do. Yeah, I get to do all the hosting.
We generally attend. Mm-hmm. However, host to. Yeah, we Josh's work schedule like if he's on call will host.
Yeah. But yeah, we do both. But generally we attend. Yeah, I'm not a poster.
If you attend, you have any boom. Yes, I do. I'm so glad that we are. Yes, we are.
OK, just take it. Uh-huh. I'm going to come in with my Tupperware ready to go. All right, this or that midday meal or a dinner time meal?
It's a middle. OK. I mean, we usually eat, I guess, about two-ish. Sure.
Just, I mean, that's what time everything seems to get done. And if nobody's coming, like I said, we don't normally have a big Thanksgiving. Right. No, I was coming.
We could just eat whenever it gets ready. That's true. Yeah. If I had my pick, I would go with lunch because you're hungry.
And you'd only breakfast on holidays because all my energy and my space. Yeah, and I'm not cooking breakfast. No. No, but my space is dedicated to Thanksgiving.
No, that makes a lot of sense. We do both. I can't pick here because we see both sides of our family on Thanksgiving. So we do one.
I'm making meals. Yeah, girl. Really full, but really good. So all right, this or that Sunday best or comfy clothes?
Or like, yes. Comfy clothes. OK. Anybody's there.
I mean, no need to dress up. I, you know, don't do that. I mean, I see the pictures in the magazines where, you know, the table is set with the fine china. Everybody has a dress on it.
OK. Yeah, we don't do that. Well, now we set the table. Yeah, but dress on?
No, but it's like, usually my guys will wear jeans and a button down. And I'll wear a sweater. I mean, I'm not rolling up in my sweatpants. Well, sweatpants don't go with the fine china.
No, I mean, it's one of the few times in the year we use the fine china. So I asked to go. Oh, no, it's fine. But yeah, I'm not like 3P sued or back for the minute.
No, but we do get up and get put some clothes on. OK. All right, this or that homemade food or restaurant? I mean, homemade food.
I've never had a Thanksgiving meal from a restaurant before. No, I haven't known. Now, I'm not either because it's a really good restaurant and a good food. I'll do it.
But I have to go with homemade because that's the only thing I know. Right. I'm with you too. And also know people that do go out to eat or that might like specific already made casserole.
So many meals that you can get from grocery stores and restaurants that they've already like chosen your turkey ham and you can pick your sides and get a lot of options down there. Yeah, I'm not posted either. But we're going to roll with homemade as well. Yeah.
All right. You don't like this one. But I already know what you're going to say. But I got to ask, is it stuffing or dressing?
Girl, I'm saying that it's words made. That's nothing about stuffing. It is dressing. And I'm telling you can start early.
I've already got cornbread in the freezer. Yeah, it is. So all I have to do, I'll have to get the cornbread out. And you've got to have your seasoning.
It's got to be moist. And you've got to get a face right now. So it's like you've got to let it sit overnight. So everything can just kind of come together.
And the other thing I got to do was just pop it in the oven. So there's zero prep on the dressing on the day. And it's like I can smell it. I'm tasting.
Yeah, some of you 100% interesting. Yes. All right, we're going to end this. This or that that was complicated.
In this. But Thanksgiving is for that with a sweet question. All right, because you know I love my sweets. Is it this pumpkin pie or that sweet potato pie?
Mm. You got to be out of hand. You're like me there. Just want to have a tell you this.
Don't put them in a pie. But if I can choose, I guess I'll take the sweet potato pie. But let me tell you what I like. OK.
A good pie pie is perfect. Yeah, we actually show power something. You want the fruit pie. Fruit pie.
Yeah. Nobody makes them around me. So yeah, I'm a cake girl because nobody makes them. My mother makes them wonder.
Oh, truly. She makes great pies. But she doesn't make fruit pies. Well, Miss Mary, I mean, not going to make you want to.
She might have to. But if I had to choose, I'm not going pumpkin. See, I'm going pumpkin because my son is already making them. I see.
Yeah, he loves them. So that's kind of he's taking that role. OK. Well, this was fine.
You got to know a little bit more about Taneel and her Thanksgiving preferences. A few of them on. But no matter what, guys, we just pray that y'all will take this week to enjoy cooking or find some people to spend your time with, whether it's friends or family. You know, there's a lot of friends giving, happening as well as family togethers.
You know, whether you choose to eat at a restaurant or at home, you know, we're just thankful to be here and thankful to have this holiday to celebrate. That's exactly right. That's exactly right. So enjoy it in the words of Bob Marley.
Now, we're just busy. That's what it is. What if he wants Turkey or ham or what he would have gone with? I don't even know.
I don't know. But I bet his Thanksgiving dinner was nice. I bet he had a good spread. But either way, he would want you to live the life you love.
And love the life you live. Happy Thanksgiving, everybody.
