Packed up her life from Ventura, CA and moved to Greenville, SC. Some other nuggets: 1. Why fear is a teacher 2. How compassion, humility and forgiveness lead her life 3. Why being by yourself, having alone time, and meditating is so important 4. Overcoming the fear of asking for help CHALLENGE: This week's challenge is inspired by The Rad Frontier: ask for help. This is a must listen for every achiever, over achiever, and doer out there. We delve into why what we do and what we have does not define us. Brionna went from studying psychology, to teaching, to a residential treatment center, earned her intern hours, then started her own therapy practice. 10 years later… she decided to make a change. It could be from a coach, therapist, partner, parent, friend, someone at the gym to help with a specific lift, or someone at yoga to help with a pose. I get it, asking for help is hard. It means we have we have something to work on. It's a state of extreme vulnerability. Instead of looking at it like "something is wrong with me," flip the script and say "by asking for this, I get to experience more joy, gratitude, and fulfillment." There are a few ways you can report back once you complete the challenge. You can post on Facebook or Instagram using #goalinkchallenge, tag us in your stories or use The Goalink Hotline. The hotline is designed for those who want to remain anonymous (or don’t have social media) but still desire a form of accountability. To use the hotline call (385) 626-0525 and follow the instructions.
