Lisa Pham from the Banh Mi Factory in Brisbane has won Queensland's Best Banh Mi award as part of the All The Best Awards, which received over 70,000 votes across 15 categories. The family-run Vietnamese restaurant, established by Lisa's parents who came to Australia as refugees in the 1980s, serves approximately 1,000 banh mi across three Brisbane Northside locations daily.
