The Province of B.C. hosted a virtual information session about a process being led by the Columbia River Treaty Local Governments Committee to integrate social and economic objectives into river management scenario modelling for the Columbia River Treaty renewal. This session focused on interests associated with the Columbia River.Participants were invited to ask questions and provide feedback on the interests and performance measures that have been identified to date, in areas such as flood risk management, navigation, erosion, agriculture, recreation, tourism, and dust generation.
