Bristol borough police make arrest in homicide investigation

The KYW Newsradio All Local on Friday, Aug. 14, 2026 (midday edition): A 59-year-old Bucks County man is now charged with the strangulation death of his wife. It happened Thursday at their home in Bristol. Authorities say days earlier he had been hospitalized for mental health reasons, but released as “low risk.” Neighbors in part of the Logan section of the city are waking up to find a gigantic sinkhole at the end of their street. Crews are expected to work on repairs today. Puerto Ricans in our area are sharing their concerns about the severe water crisis that friends and family are living through right now.
