They witnessed handcuffs being placed on Henry Novak after they dragged him across the gravel. They witnessed the reading of the rites. But more importantly, they witnessed Vikram Digwa standing there with a bloody knife in his hand. That's what they witnessed and they did nothing. They should be, is anything going to happen?
