Brittani opened SoCal Beauty in 2014, when she was just 18 years old. Her passion for business, marketing and mentorship has proven to be a winning combination. Brittani attributes her success to having an amazing team. Brittani has worked with some of the lash industries top brands and has helped them develop curriculums, marketing, product testing and speaking engagements worldwide. During the Covid-19 pandemic Brittani and her SoCal Beauty team created the industries first customizable magnetic strip lashes so that Lash Artists worldwide could have the opportunity to work from home, which introduced a new beauty service to the lash industry that is here to stay! She’s passionate about sharing what she’s learned and loves mentoring others and seeing them succeed.
