game we will be now welcomed by Britney Collins putting up 21 and 19 in the St. Xavier win 67 47 Britney Collins coming in and Brit. Hello. How are you guys?

I think this is your first time joining us here at the tournament. Like I'm posting. No, this is a big official with headphones and everything. We try to say the chips.

Well, one thing, Brit, you come in and you grab 19 boards and last year you broke the tournament record with 68 rebounds throughout those five games that you played last year, you come in and grab 19. I mean, it seems like you're not a different player, but it seems like you are able to put away the bright lights of this court. The whole game. You're really bad.

You don't plan to. Yeah, especially in the corners. Oh my God. Well, you're able to cast away all that and you're able to really dominate here and we're talking to coach saying that over the past years, you've really shown that you're one of the best players in the NAI.

What about this court? What about this tournament really helps you come alive? Well, first off, it's just our energy of our team. It's so contagious.

And we all get really hyped for the game and our defense our offense and someone does good. We all like feel it. So we all like vibe off each other and that and just this huge arena and all the fans just so good atmosphere to play. And I think more so than other games that really just like hyped you up and you're like, okay, we're at nationals.

Let's go. So correct me if I'm wrong. This is your fourth NAIA tournament appearance. Yes.

So as a team, I think it's our sixth and for you personally, it's fourth. Right. Okay. So do you still get nervous being in this big arena or are you kind of like, nah, I'm used to it.

Not as bad as my freshman sophomore year, but definitely still nerves. So it's pressure, obviously, but a good kind of pressure. And now Kara, Tommy, and I were saying, the seniors know every game it could be our last and we have to play each game. Like it's the championship game.

Just go out and put everything you got on the floor. One thing you and Kara have shown throughout your four years, but also, you know, we've seen you guys on the bus today, guys, and we can fund each other going back and forth. You guys obviously have a great dynamic. And you know, Kara has had to take on a little bit of a different role this year with Mick leaving being more of a facilitator.

What is difference between those two players, at least, you know, when they're trying to set you up down low or you set, you know, set you up for a jumper, you know, passing them out to start a fast break. What differences have you noticed at least in their, you know, facilitating abilities with Kara. Okay. Well, I think they obviously create the offense.

I mean, they dribble the ball up and set the offense into motion. I mean, I'm driving a country in the basket. My girl goes and leaves me open. So it all starts with them and they create the shots for everyone.

And I think we have great ball movement too. That really helps our team overall. So tomorrow is morning side. You played them at the beginning of the season and their home court.

You know how their fans are. It's going to be crazy. Especially this arena. It's going to be in state.

So how are you going to eventually prepare for tomorrow? But we got a good fan section ourselves. You know, all of our parents have those pop-ons and stuff. So I think, you know, as far as the fans go, you just got to block that stuff out and focus on what's happening on the court.

And, you know, we have our team and when you come out here and you don't have a lot of fans, you really have to rely on your teammates and pumping each other up into each other. That's what we do. Final question, Britt. Seem like you're getting hacked a little bit down there.

Seems like a little bit. I was literally on the floor most of the game. Was it rough out there? Yeah, a little bit.

But everyone's playing their hearts out. I mean, no one wants to go home. So I get that. But yeah, I'm going to wake up with a couple of minutes.

Tomorrow is obviously going to be a rough game. You guys get up pretty much 24 hours to recover. It's going to be tough stretch. But you guys have been here before.

That's one thing morning. So I didn't do was go to the National Championship last year. Do you guys feel like you have an edge over those teams when it comes to that department? Yeah, I mean, I think it definitely helps our confidence knowing that we did that well last year.

But we're a completely different team from last year. And so is everyone else. So you can't really focus on last year. You got to focus on this year.

Well, congratulations. Thank you. I'm not going to call Christina. But she could have the career of the game to Madi.

Well, sir, you know, I mean, well, the third. Maddie is pretty good. I guess. But the question take it out.

Then it would have been one. Sean. Sean. I'm going to let you finish.

But first I'm going to say this. I said it was both you and Maddie because I thought that Sean and I was thinking the same thing. So I'm just going to say Maddie and have Sean. Oh my gosh.

It's the time for the connection as well. So shout out to any way. It's great. Congrats on your also game and good luck tomorrow.

Thank you.
