Journey to Limitless: Improving relationships with Authentic Connection Facilitator, Amelia Broughton

from BOLDLY ALIVE · host Courtney Bussard

Send us Fan Mail Humans crave connection with other people. We want to have deep and meaningful relationships with our friends, family, and significant others. But at the same time, it can be really hard to maintain and deepen those long-term relationships, especially as we continue to grow and evolve. And if you’ve ever tried to make new friends as an adult, you know that’s not easy either. Amelia Broughton is a Human Design coach and consultant, Relational Leadership facilitator, writer, and purveyor of connection. She guides people all over the world into deeper connection with themselves and others - to pioneer a more connected, communication-savvy, and emotionally intelligent planet. She has facilitated Authentic Relating and Relational Leadership workshops and courses with the leading organizations in this industry, such as Integral Centered Leadership, Authentic Revolution, and Authentic Relating Training International, and around the world for communities such as Unconventional Life and Momentum Collective. Her signature workshop, Authentic Connection, occurs twice a month at Archipelago Clubs in Denver, Colorado. And her writing has been featured on mindbodygreen, Conscious Lifestyle Magazine, Boulder Lifestyle Magazine, and Unconventional Life. She lives to illuminate the human experience and empower individuals to thrive in their sovereignty with compassion and grace. Amelia and I talk more about: What Authentic Relating and Relational Leadership is Becoming self-aware and understanding who you are and how you communicate Allowing yourself to be curious (and stay curious!) about other peoples desires, needs, and emotions - even if you think you already know everything about them Learning how to welcome our experiences instead of suppress emotions that make you feel vulnerable Self-acceptance and making assumptions about others Connect with Amelia Instagram: @broughtonconnect Website: Amelia Broughton Love the Journey to Limitless Podcast?
