In our second episode, Susan Elder begins her discussion on broadband internet access in Pennsylvania with Yvonne Hursh, the project manager of the Delivery of High-Speed Broadband Services in Unserved Areas and Underserved Areas of the Commonwealth report, released in September of 2020. The report was authorized by Senate Resolution 47 of 2019 and sponsored by Senator Phillips-Hill. This discussion will be concluded in our next episode.
