About 70 customers in northwest Floresville were without electricity for several hours, after a truck clipped a guy wire on a utility pole April 10 in Floresville. The snapping of the guy wire at the northwest corner of Plum and First streets resulted in damage to a transformer, triggering an electrical outage at about 2:30 p.m. Friday.
