Broncos Preseason Update: Starters' Snaps and Bo Nix Debut

Coach Sean Payton announced that Denver Broncos starters will participate in roughly 15 plays during their upcoming preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons. While the team's first-string players are set to see action, rookie quarterback Bo Nix will remain sidelined for the matchup. Instead, signal-callers Jarrett Stidham and Sam Ehlinger will split the game's playing time evenly. Nix is physically prepared to play and will travel with the roster, but his debut is intentionally delayed until the following week's game against the Green Bay Packers. Payton emphasized that the young quarterback's development is on schedule and expressed confidence in his current progress during training camp.
