Broncos Rebuild: Fortifying the Roster in the 2026 Draft

The Denver Broncos front office expressed high satisfaction with their 2026 NFL Draft results, believing the new class significantly strengthens an already competitive roster. General Manager George Paton and Head Coach Sean Payton focused on increasing team speed and youth, specifically targeting the offensive and defensive lines along with skill positions. Notable additions include several late-round picks such as Jonah Coleman and Justin Joly, as well as the veteran acquisition of Jaylen Waddle, who is considered the team's honorary first-round selection. The organization prioritized players who aligned with their established culture to maintain their standing at the top of the AFC West. Ultimately, the team leaders feel they successfully balanced roster needs with the philosophy of choosing the best available talent. This strategic recruitment is intended to help the franchise surpass their previous season's success and secure another championship run.
