Broncos Wake-Up Call After Chiefs Loss | Denver Broncos News

The Broncos took a brutal 31-10 loss to the Chiefs, with Bo Nix calling it a “nasty wakeup call” and Coach Payton slamming it as a “slap in the face.” Defense missed 28 tackles — the third-worst rate since 2018 — letting running backs thrive after contact. Offense struggled too: Nix fumbled three times, was sacked on his first play, threw an interception on his first pass, and converted just 2 of 12 third downs.
