Welcome listeners, This is a short trailer/introduction to the podcast, and why it is important to me to create a resource like this. In this podcast, guest therapists use internal family systems (IFS) therapy or 'parts work' to support Black Indigenous and People of colour (or BIPOC) guest clients on real issues they’re facing.
