The state of our U.S service academies is in continual decline which tracks considering every branch of the military has and will continue to struggle to meet its recruiting and retention goals. But how can it be the premier fighting force in the world is finding it so difficult to appeal to the millions of young men it has historically recruited? My guest today has been a professor at the U.S. Naval Academy since 1987.
