Brush Creek Town Hall Work Session - 10-5-17

The Town of Crested Butte held a town hall-style work session at the Center for the Arts to discuss the proposed Corner at Brush Creek development at the intersection of Highway 135 and Brush Creek Road. Those who spoke were largely opposed to a project citing increased traffic and density, water and wastewater concerns, parking, dogs, the overall size, and the absence of home ownership possibilities as critiques of the proposal.
