Brush Prairie Man Charged in Bald Eagle Shooting
A 66-year-old Brush Prairie man, Benjamin G. Allen, faces federal charges after a bald eagle was found shot dead on his property in February. A veterinary exam found two shotgun pellets in the bird's brain.
