Bryan Funck (Thou) Interview

We sit down with Bryan Funck, the vocalist of legendary Louisiana sludge/drone/doom metal band Thou and owner of Sisters in Christ record store in New Orleans. We discuss the band's recent collaborative albums with Mizmor, Emma Ruth Rundle and more, as well as their new Norco video game soundtrack. We talk about how Bryan joined the band, their extensive catalogue of amazing cover songs/albums and how they choose what to cover. We also discuss their album art choices, the local New Orleans music scene, why bands should use their platform to promote more charitable causes and the growing trend of people not participating as much at live shows, among other topics.
