Bryan Kohberger New Judge & Venue Hearing Summary

Bryan Kohberger's hearing on September 26th, 2024 was a Status Conference with the new judge. Judge Steven Hippler made it clear that he wasn't happy to be there and will work faster than they are used to. He also made sure he was aware of how the attorney's conducted themselves with the last judge and he wasn't going to stand for it in his courtroom. The Judge wants the trial to begin in June 2025 but the Defense wants it to begin in September 2025. The judge took it under submission and will make a decision some time in the future.
