Bryner Chevrolet's Dave Peterson and Author Clarence Shuler

The program kicks off with Bryner Chevrolet president Dave Peterson checking in. He “grew up on the lot” as part of a four-generation family (the dealership being 90 years old and Dave himself involved the past 40+ years). Peterson gives a crash course re: the pros & cons of leasing v buying and sheds a lot of good insight along the way. Author Clarence Shuler then gives a call from his hometown of Colorado Springs to discuss his new book Choose Greatness—11 Wise Decisions That Brave Young Men Make. Co-written with fellow author (“The 5 Love Languages”) and lifelong mentor Gary Chapman, Shuler tackles a wide range of topics with the common thread of choosing—wisdom from parents or trusted adults…to seek knowledge through education…to make technology work for you…to build diverse friendships…and many more. Shuler demonstrates a very down-to-earth style laced with humor and most importantly a clear desire to honor God and empower young men (and mentors) with this book as a tool to help them do just that.
