We know that the most successful and happy people have a morning routine, what do you do each morning or evening that sets your day up for success? Co-parenting in the morning and helping everyone get out in time. Q2. What's your definition of Success? Being able to do meaningful work that I believe in and feel passionate about. Time freedom and flexibility is important and have my wife and son be proud of the work that I do. Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? Being satisfied with where you are and who you are today, that you are enough, that you've done enough. Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? Life is messy. No one has it figured out. And that relationships are more valuable than anything else.  Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? Having space to give yourself time to reflect is really important.  There is so much pressure to achieve but sometimes, less is more.
