In this episode, I talk with Dr. Jeni Waeltz. I leave my cell phone downstairs and don't use an alarm clock, so I'm not checking my phone first thing in the morning. Q2. What's your definition of Success? Find what fills you up with joy and going out there and daring big. Q3. What's your definition of Happiness? For me, it's about finding contentment in just being. Q4. What do you know now that you wish you would have known 10 years ago? That the hardships or failures you are experiencing are happening for you and not to you. Q5. What do you think is the biggest issue facing busy professionals today? The ability to stop and be fully present.
