BTS If you thrive in busyness but feel guilty for it, this one's for you

from The Balance Theory · host Erika De Pellegrin

This is the literal dilemma I had that prompted me to start this podcast... that is, thriving in busyness and loving being busy, but also feeling guilty for it. So I sat down and reframed what being busy meant, how it made me feel and how to ensure I didn't get swept up in the "busyness" to a point where I neglected my wellness, my wellbeing. And today, I take you exactly through the process I undertook to arrive in a place where I feel confident defending my time & forgetting feeling guilty for how I'm spending it. At times we need to go deeper in our health, or our work, and we don't need to feel guilty or let others make us feel guilty for it. So get ready to OWN it! Let's Balance together.
