Teen Beat: Bubba Sparxxx
from Pod Meets World Hosted by iHeartPodcasts
He had the whole world yelling “New South” and led the search for “Ms. New Booty,” but before he was Bubba Sparxxx, he was just Warren Mathis in the mud of Troup County, Georgia. Danielle hangs out with the Y2K rap sensation to hear stories from the football field, a passion that almost took him in a completely different direction. Bubba also reveals details from the “Ugly” music video that took MTV by storm and opens up about his ongoing struggles with addiction (and how he’s made it his mission to now help others in the same predicament). Plus, we get Bubba’s opinion on the new wave of country/hip hop artists like Jelly Roll and Post Malone, a road he helped pave, on this week’s Teen Beat!
