Bucket 3: The Humble StartScripture: Philippians 2:8 “And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to death even death on a cross!” (NIV)Devotional:Jesus's beginning was humble born in a stable, wrapped in cloth, laid in a manger God’s Son chose a simple start rather than grand glory. His humility is a powerful example for us as we begin new journeys. Often, our beginnings feel small or insignificant we might not feel equipped, or we might be tempted to compare ourselves to others who seem further ahead. But humility invites us to embrace where we are and trust God to grow us. Just as Jesus humbled Himself to become obedient, we too are called to humble starts small acts of faith and obedience that prepare us for God’s bigger plans. God uses humble beginnings to build strong foundations of character and faith.Prayer:Jesus, help me embrace humility in my beginnings teach me to trust Your plan, even when it feels small or slow may I follow Your example of obedience and faith.
