Day 9: Unseen Faithfulness   Scripture: Colossians 3:23 — “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” (NIV)   Devotional:   Faithfulness doesn’t always come with recognition or reward from others. Often, our most important work is done quietly, unseen by the world. But God sees every effort, every act of obedience done with a sincere heart. When you serve faithfully in small or hidden ways, remember you’re ultimately working for God, not people. This mindset frees you from the need for applause and helps you find joy in simply pleasing God. Keep being faithful in the unseen places; God honors your work and will reward it in His perfect time.   Prayer:   Father, help me to serve You wholeheartedly, even when no one else sees. May my heart find joy in pleasing You alone.
