Bucknell's Dörries Transferring to Transfer Portal

Bucknells Freshman Sensation Amon Dörries Departs for Transfer Portal The Bisons star center, Amon Dörries, has announced his departure to the transfer portal, leaving Bucknell to rebuild without their top scorer. Dörries, a German freshman, set the schools freshman scoring record with 530 points, averaging 16.2 points per game. He earned second-team All-Patriot League and All-Rookie honors, with six Rookie of the Week awards. Despite his impressive performance, including a freshman-record 36 points against Boston University, Bucknell faces a rebuild as Dörries follows in the footsteps of Noah Williamson, who left for Alabama last year. The transfer portal opens for two weeks after the national title game, leaving Bucknell to prepare for the tournament without their star center.
