Buddha Beats 49-TECHNO

from BUDDHA BEATS

Hello everyone! The Engineer here! I hope this past month has been a good one for you! For me here, as I'm sure it is for you, it's filled with it's ups and downs. Today I want to bring to your attention that Episode 49, is the first episode of our FIFTH YEAR. Five years. This is something that I am very happy about. There are more people listening around the world, and I can see it from the stats that a good chunk of you are listening to the whole mix too! That warms my heart. It takes a considerable amount of time to craft a mix. Song selection, programming are only two facets of it. Taking you on a journey is a big part of it, and telling a story is a milestone to reach for in every mix I do (this means spending more time doing song curation, selection and programming by the way). Now, there are times when I am "winging it", but most times, I've spent time getting the pieces of what becomes the final mix. Now add on doing this for FIVE YEARS STRAIGHT. Yeah. Oh, and do your best to NOT repeat a song you played last month. Is your head swimming yet?  It's a LOT. But, it's worth it when you have people from South Africa, Japan, Ibiza, Germany, Israel, and many other places around the world who tell you how that mix got them through their day. Write me, and let me know how my mixes have affected you, and your days.
