John Domres is running the greatest one-man show in Buffalo at Buffalo Brewing Company. Open since 2016 and kickstarted with a handful of backers, Buffalo Brewing Company has just completed a renovation to bring their 2-barrel operation to a 5-barrel brewhouse.
