Buffaloes Reveal New Jerseys | Colorado Buffaloes Basketball News

Colorado’s women’s basketball team unveils its 2026-27 roster with a mix of familiar faces and fresh talent, led by returning junior Kennedy Sanders—yes, the same number worn by football star Shedeur Sanders—now making her mark on the court with over nine points per game. The team loses its top scorer to the transfer portal but welcomes back second-leading scorer Zyanna Walker, a major boost for offense. Under Coach JR Payne’s 11th season, the Buffaloes aim for another NCAA Tournament run, building on last year’s 22 wins and first-round exit. With seven veterans and seven newcomers, the focus is on chemistry and depth as they chase a deeper tournament run.
