Buffy the Vampire Slayer S3E18 "Earshot" Recap & Review

All good things come to an end... and that includes the run of outstanding Buffy Episodes we've covered over the past several weeks. Don't get us wrong, Earshot isn't "bad" (it's no "Inca Mummy Girl" or "Go Fish"), it's just kind of... meh. No Mayor, no Faith, some really uncomfortable commentary about school shootings, and an unwelcome return to Season One's detective procedural mode where the clues don't quite add up. But we suppose we were due for a lightweight episode before we launch into the climax of what, so far, has been the hands-down best season of Buffy.
