Welcome back to another episode coach! In this week’s episode we’re diving into unstoppable confidence and how to create a whole whack load of it! I like to think of confidence as a magnet. The more confidence you possess, the more people (and clients) will be attracted to you because you speak your truth with conviction. More people will listen, and because you’re confident and unfazed by what people may think of you, you’ll talk, walk, and act in a way that’s totally unique. If I had to pick out some key coaching business ‘success’ principles, confidence would be at the top of that list. It’s confidence that allows us to face fear head on, make quick decisions, and take bold action towards our dreams. It’s confidence that allows us to price our coaching at a rate we know we’re worth. It’s confidence that helps us set healthy boundaries and not say ‘YES’ when we really want to say ‘NO. It’s confidence that gives us the power to keep moving forward and doing the work because we KNOW we’ll figure it out, even if our immediate results may be telling us otherwise. When I work with coaches on their confidence, I really only work on three core ‘pillars’.
