For as long as anyone can remember Disney has had a stranglehold on the princess fantasy storyline. And as common place as it is in today's society, not everyone has felt welcome in the world of fantasy and happily ever after. Many feel it is extremely important for Disney to create a Princess or Prince with a disability. Someone young people can relate to in the media they consume. So today we take a deep dive into discussing why that may not be the best way to bring about change, and take a look at what others have done to have their stories told in a positive light.
